We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your Carepod, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are Carepod products covered by a warranty?
Yes, every Carepod purchase includes a 1-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or functional issues under normal household use.
How do I clean and maintain my Carepod humidifier?
Carepod is designed for simplicity. The stainless steel tank can be easily removed and hand-washed or placed in the dishwasher for a deep, hygienic clean.
